When I click on any of the buttons/options on the Presenter '13 tab, none of them will open. I'm using PP 2013 and recently installed the update from Articulate. The problem is not the Articulate tab is missing on the PP ribbon; I already checked the disabled items and COMM add-ins and everything is intact. I tested the tab in another PP file and none of the buttons would work there either. Also, I restarted my computer and that didn't resolve the problem. Should I reinstall Studio '13 or is there an easier solution?
After you tried both of the troubleshooting articles, if your Articulate menu still isn't working after following the steps above, you'll need to repair your software as described here. You'll also want to ensure you're using one of the supported versions of Microsoft office described here.

No, not yet. I uninstalled all of Studio before I left work today and then I'll try reinstalling tomorrow to see if the options work again.

If you're Articulate ribbon is not working, I'd suggest following these troubleshooting steps first (Addition information: follow the steps here if it's still misbehaving).

Suggest you reinstall - I went through all the other recommended steps and the issue was only resolved after I reinstalled.
Yeah, I just reinstalled the software and that works. I had already tried Leslie's first suggestion before I posted my question.
