C drive Mapped to OneDrive

Oct 23, 2020

I just purchased a new desktop and set it up. My C drive is mapped to my OneDrive account. When I try to preview my PowerPoint in Presenter 360 I get a message saying "Online presentations aren't supported. Save a copy to your local drive to continue."

I have saved it multiple times to my C drive (Documents) and can only assume I keep getting the message because it is automatically being saved/backed up to OneDrive.

How can I get around this?

Thanks!

Hi Mindy,

I'm glad to hear that you were able to work. I did want to mention that we recommend working on your local drive, typically your C: Drive, but it sounds like the network drive syncing is causing an issue:

Here is a similar conversation. Are you able to adjust the sync behavior of the drive to prevent this issue in the future?
