Camtasia video with hotspot inserted into Presenter

I'm creating some Camtasia videos that include a callout with hotspot enabled... I'm using it to pause the video, and the viewer can then click the callout when they're ready to continue playing the video.  It works fine when I just play the published Camtasia video, but the hotspot/pause feature is being ignored when I insert the video in Articulate.  I have the video set to sync with the slide and doesn't have other controls on the video.  Does anyone know a way to get this to work?

Hey Heather!

Do you want to send us your files so we can take a closer look and see if we can help? If so, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. And feel free to come back and leave your case number here so I can keep a close eye on it. Thanks!

I know this used to work, and now I can't find any combination of settings to get it to work.  I tried it with both Camtasia 7 and 7.1.  The Legacy SWF option doesn't work, and I have a vague feeling that's what worked a couple years ago.  I tried all the mp4 options... with and without controls... syncing with Articulate and playing independently.  None of them recognize the pause and allow me to click the video to continue in Articulate.

Has anyone gotten this to work in recent versions?  If there's a way, I just need to know what settings worked for you where you can pause a Camtasia video and the viewer clicks to continue (inside Articulate).
