Can HTML output be forced to use Safari on iPad instead app?
Nov 11, 2013
Hi,
we have the situation that our LMS is behind a firewall, and external iPads can access it using a certificate. The certificate covers all content in the Safari that comes from the interal LMS server. When I internally look at the server with Internet Explorer 10, the chapter opens as HTML5 (IE 8 and 9 with flashplugin open as flash).
Now, the Safari tries to open the Articulate app, and the content cannot be displayed as the certificate is not forwarded. Taking into account that IE10 does open the HTML5 version, I´m asking myself if it is possible to force the Safari to display the same version rather than forwarding to the app?
Best Regards,
Marcus

Good Morning Marcus, and welcome to Heroes!
Here’s how Storyline determines which version of your content to display when learners view it.
