Can I import Storyline Master slides into Presenter?

I have inherited an appallingly badly designed Storyline project and been instructed to "make it interesting."

It was created in Storyline, but it does not and really cannot utilize the strengths of Storyline. It is an absolutely linear course and I've been told I will not be allowed to change that.

In essence it is a Presenter project. I am also MUCH more expert with Presenter and am really missing many of the features that Presenter has and, thus far, Storyline lacks.

I was not given the graphics that were included as backgrounds on the Storyline master slides and have been told they are not available, so is there a way to export the background graphics OR perhaps "reuse" (i.e. import) the Storyline master slides into a new Presenter project?

Can I? If so, how?
