We recently upgraded to studio '13. We have a client that the new files do not work on their LMS. Is there a way for me to publish with the old presenter settings?
I need the old format with the data folder, player folder and the player.html file. I tried to use a different computer that had not been upgraded yet but because the powerpoint had already been updated (opened with studio '13), it would not let me publish with the old version. I understand that I can not run two versions of the software on one computer but I need the files to be accessible with earlier versions of articulate presenter. It appears that the two versions are not compatible.
Please advise. It is very important we get our client these files.
You should still be able to use the Presenter back up files with your Presenter 09 on the other computer. These were created when you updated your Presenter 09 courses into Presenter 13.
