I have an Articulate license on my work computer (a desktop PC) and it all works fine. In 2 weeks I'm going out of town on an extended business assignment for about 3 months. So, my IT department is going to give me a loaner laptop to take with me. I really need to be able to work on my Articulate projects while I'm away. Are there rules about whether I can or cannot use the license on the laptop? Is there anything I need to know about that before I try to install it and use it? Do I need to uninstall it from my desktop PC first?

The Articulate End-User License Agreement entitles a single user to use Articulate software on a maximum of two computers, such as a home and work computer, or a desktop and laptop computer. To install the software, you can just download the free trial version here and then activate the license by using the same serial numbers you used previously.
When you return from your trip, though, make sure to uninstall the software from your loaner laptop before you return it to your IT department. That way, the 2nd installation is freed up in case you need to use it elsewhere. Here's how to uninstall.

I uninstalled the software and installed it again and tried to activate the license by using the same serial numbers i have used previously and this message pops: "exceeded number of licence", i know for sure that no one else is using this licence.
