There's a quiz slide which I can't access by the table of contents or by the sequential navigation. Every other quiz works fine (about 8 quiz in 3 different short elearning). It seems they all have the same settings, so I don't know why it doesn't work for this one. I tried to remove it and put it back, but the problem continue. :/

Thanks for sharing your files for me to have a look at.
It seemed that they course did not know where to 'go'. I took a look and the empty question group seemed to be causing the issue for this.
Take a look at the attached package and see if that functions as expected.
