I've customized my template with an updated presenter (plus photo) and a new logo. I've also indicated the proper presenter in the slide properties. When publishing I am selecting the correct template. However, when I publish, the logo and the presenter are absent. Obviously, I'm doing something wrong. Thoughts?
Are you by any chance previewing your presentation before attempting to publish it? When you make changes to your template, publish the presentation with the updated template rather than previewing and that should let you view the content with the latest version of the template.
I'm having the same problem. When it's published the logo is not showing up. Does the logo have to be a certain dimension to show up when it's publshed?

I recently had this issue. Even though I had added a presenter and logo AND ensured that the tick boxes were selected for each in template options, they failed to show during a preview.
However, during the preview I noticed that there was a button at the top called "edit template". When clicked, it allows you to select logo and presenter!
I may be talking about something completely different, but may be worth a shot.
