Is this error occurring with just this file in particular or with any file you attempt to publish? If it's happening across the board with any file you attempt to publish in Presenter, I would recommend running this repair to fix your software.
However, if it's only happening with that one particular file, you'll want to reach out to our Support Engineers directly by way of this form. There's an area in the form that'll allow you to attach your Presenter Package so our engineers can investigate the issue further with you.
