Can't reinstall Articulate Presenter '09

My Powerpoint app crashed and when I reopened it, Articulate was gone and I can't see the Presenter ribbon in PPT. I tried reinstalling/repairing Articulate from the Control Panel and it's still not working. When I try to select it as an Add in from PPT and select the Presenter ribbon to add, I get a message that only the system administrator can perform that action. But I'm the only one who has ever administered Articulate, so I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions?
