Can't View Engage interactions or Quizmaker quizzes in Presenter

Hi,

I'm unable to view my Engage interactions or Quizmaker quizzes within my Presenter file. I can create, open, edit, and save them, but they are not visible in the Presenter file at all. When I am working with an interaction from within Presenter and click the Save and Return to Presenter button, the software goes through all the motions of doing so, but the interaction slide does not display in the Presenter file with the other PowerPoint slides. The interaction/quiz is saved on my computer, however. 

Is anyone familiar with this issue? What is causing this problem and how can it be corrected?

Hi Brenda!

If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem. Follow these steps for your version of Microsoft Windows:

Windows Vista or later
  1. Close PowerPoint and all Articulate programs.
  2. Locate your Studio installation file. If you can't find it, download it again, and save it to your computer. Use the download link in your product confirmation email, or click here.
  3. Right-click the installation file, and select Run as administrator.
  4. Select the option to Reinstall, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
  5. Reboot your computer.
Windows XP or earlier
  1. Close PowerPoint and all Articulate programs.
  2. Locate your Studio installation file. If you can't find it, download it again, and save it to your computer. Use the download link in your product confirmation email, or click here.
  3. Double-click the installation file.
  4. Select the option to Reinstall, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
  5. Reboot your computer.

I'm having this same issue.  I updated everything in 2018, and it worked at the time.  Now I can create the engagements and quizzes.  They show up in the local folder, but do not show up in the actual presentation.  Oddly enough it puts a slide in the presentation but it's blank.  I've repaired the installation, uninstalled and reinstalled the software and nothing works.

 

Any ideas.
