Can't view presentation from a published link - outside LMS

Good morning,

Here's my issue :

I published my presentation for lms. When I sent the published link in an email, this is what I encountered :

I was told this issue occurs when the learner tries to view the presentation outside the LMS.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Julie, you probably need to be logged into the lms to have access to the files, you could try linking to the player.html instead or hosting a web version elsewhere

I need to have some sort of tracking which LMS provides. Is there another way?

Then they need to login to access the course through the lms, an lms will track a course for an individual user, sending a link will likely throw this error.
