If your LMS requires a login, learners might not be able to use the Articulate Mobile Player, because browsers cannot pass security credentials to iPad apps unless the LMS supports Tin Can API.

Hi Maurine!
Here's how to publish an Articulate Presenter '13 course for iPad or HTML5 deployment.
Here is a document that runs through the various causes of this error.
Thanks Leslie,
I checked the three boxes; ipad, html 5 and offline like i should following instructions.
I tried to view from Safari and google chrome browsers from my ipad and got the same error message.
The moodle lms doesn't support Tin Can Api and offline content.
I will uncheck the offline box and republish , if it would work.

Hi Maurine!
Does your LMS require login? The offline button is directly related to the Articulate Mobile Player.
Yes the LMS requires login but even after I login, the error message still persists.
