Hello. One of my clients is having an issue hearing audio files in a published Presenter 13 course. She has an updated version of flash and she can hear .mp3 files being played through a flash player and through a javascript player, but she cannot hear the audio in the course. The course has been published for SCORM 1.2. I am able to hear the audio on my computer.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on what the issue could be? Please let me know if I need to provide more details.
Hi, Leslie. I'm sorry for the delay. The course is published on my company's LMS. Yes, I am able to listen as my learner does, and I can hear the audio.
