I have created an elearning course using Articulate Studio '13. I Cannot publish the files. Received error message. "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Presenter '13 and it might close". I tried to publish to CD, LMS and Web. None worked. Anyone can help? Thank you.
First can you confirm you're working on local files and looking to publish to a local drive as detailed here? Have you tried publishing any other files or is it just this file that is not publishing? If it's all your files, I'd want to have you look at conducting the repair of Presenter as detailed here. If it's just this particular file, I'd look at seeing if you can repair the file following the steps here for corruption.
