I'm unable to recreate the problem when testing a sample Presenter 360 (Build 8.25.21221.0)/AICC course in the same version of Chrome (here's a short recording of my test), so I'll need your help. Some modern web browsers (or their plugins) automatically block pop-ups, so you might need to turn off or adjust that setting to allow pop-ups. Here's how to manage the pop-up blocker in Chrome.
