Captivate and LMS (RB)

This really isn't an issue with Articualte, it is an issue with Captivate 5. I am hoping that someone here in the community has experienced this issue and can provide some insight. I have several simulations that have been created in Captivate 5. They are all SCORM compliant and published to our LMS. I have one course that will not go to a complete status on a user's transcript after they have viewed the entire course. Has anyone experienced this with Captivate? Are there settings that I am over looking to get a course to mark complete? This causes a lot of backend support and is quite frustrating. Other Captivate courses complete fine, and the settings are all the same.

Hi Rhona,
Do you have a "click box" in the slide of your Captivate file? If you do, locate it in your timeline, right click it, & then delete it. Then, republish your Captivate file.
I do not know if this will resolve the issue, but it may be worth a try.
