While the publishing goes smoothly, the .exe file created at the end doesn't run. Running it manually simply pops up a window which doesn't load completely (its the same window that pops up when you click on the view presentation button).
I searched through the forums to see if this has already been addressed.
I found a few fixes, tried 'em all, including erasing the temp files. But it just doesn't seem to work.
Do you want to go ahead and upload your files to our support engineers? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

I've attached the screenshot below. The screen just freezes when this window pops up. And this is how it remains until I force close it.
have you tried updating flash?
yup got the latest version of flash....didnt help :(
the player.html however works perfectly fine...
