Changing audio file?

Hi everyone,
I am having a weird problem with my audio files changing on several slides. When I click on "import audio" to view the files, there is one file that shows up for the audio on several different slides. That particular file was not used on any of the slides. When I go to the audio editor, the files still sound like the original (correct) ones. It hasn't been an issue since the files are still playing like they should be, but I am concerned about why it is happening and what could happen if I don't find a fix for it. Every time I look at the imported audios, more and more of them are switched to the same file. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am having an issue where the actual attached VO file is not playing in the preview or in the published but it's correct when I play it in the slide. Please help
Hi Danae,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your file! I tested it and ran into the opposite issue: I could hear the audio as expected in preview and while publishing the file, but I couldn't hear it when played in the slide.
Here's my published version in Review 360.
Since you see something different, a quick repair of Storyline may help in this case!
Also, I'm not sure if you have plans to split the Button recording later, but you may consider placing it on a separate layer to play when the timeline on the base layer ends. This could also help with some of the issues you're seeing.
I've attached my edited file below and allowed the seekbar for testing purposes. Check it out and see if it will work for you!
