Changing the design in a massive way

I was asked to change the coursedesign in different ways (see the marker in the attached graphic). Is this possible?

1. Changing the fontsize and format in the titlebar.

2. Can the logo cover the complete area above the sidebar.

3. Is it possible to change the color behind the tabs?

4. Is it possible to remove the "exit"-button to the bottom in t the right corner?

5. Is it possible to delete the pause-button? And can I change the symbol on the next/back-button?

6. The corner is round. Can it be changed to square?

As far as I have checked the colorizer and the properties these changes are not part of the "normal" design. Am I right?
