Just trying to insert a character in a ppt (Articulate Presenter) and the timers spins for a few seconds but I never get the character options to choose. Happening with both types of charters. What should I do? Thanks.

Hi, Terri - Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing, but there are a few things we can try to rule out the causes of some common errors. Please confirm that you are working locally, and also see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13. You may also want to Repair Articulate Studio '13.
