Ireceived apresentation in chinese from a co-worker. I can view the chinese characters until I try to publish or preview it. At that time, the characters transform into jibberish. Does anyone know if there isa special setting I should be using before I can publish in another language?

You may simply need to set up your machine to work properly with the Chinese characters, so they don't show up as jibberish
For your Articulate Presenter '09 presentations to work properly with other languages, use the following localization guidelines:
Articulate Support > Localizing your computer for otherlanguagesin Presenter
If you follow those steps and still don't see a change, can you tell me if all the text displays improperly, or if it's just player elements, etc.?

you need to publish as non-western. I ran into that last week. Its in the publish settings.
