Sorry about that. How did you insert the Screenr? Using these steps? Any chance you can attach the MP4 or upload to us to test?
Hi Peter, I could not get the link to work -it just took me to the support request page. I have attached the Mp4 version that looks fine when played independently. To add to the presenter file I have been going through the articulate menu and selecting Insert flash Movie.
Sorry for the wrong link, Julie. I went ahead and fixed that. I'm also not able to replicate the behavior you're describing. When I insert the MP4 via Articulate > Flash Movie, the playback is clear and vivid. What do you have your Player Template > Other > Browser Window Settings set to?
Would you mind opening a ticket so we can get a better idea of what might be going on? Thanks!

I tried again after your comments. I think I was trying to size it too small. For some reason it is clearer when it fills the screen. It is clear now.
