"Click to add a logo" option on Presenter not accessible

I am trying to add a logo to my presentation with Studio 13 but the option is simply not available:
Can someone tell me how to make it accessible? I already did the last update.

Hi Beatriz,
If that element is missing entirely as your image shows, I'd look at conducting the repair of Presenter '13 as it seems that something may have occurred as a part of the update.
I too have this exact same issue. I'm working with Microsoft 365 on a Surface Pro 4. I conducted a 'repair' as suggested, but this did nothing. Please advise! I need to add a Logo to my presentations.

This thread is a bit dated, but sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this as well. Do you have the latest update to Presenter '13, which is now Update 8.
Please be sure that you are adding a logo as explained here.
Based on your response here, seems you were able to work around the issue by changing the DPI.
