Client Issues

We have a client for which we are creating a variety of courses. When we send them the LMS version, which they put on their LMS, a few problems pop up. They have 800+ employees who take all the courses. Some have fairly old computers (I'm not sure what old means exactly, their words) that tend to lock up at some point in the course, not everyone at the same place but it appears that it's in the final knowledge check (15 questions). They are running IE 8. Some of the options discussed included a reboot but that can be frustrating to the learner. Does anyone have some additional suggestions that we can pass on the their IT department?

Hi Jerry! Perhaps if you share the LMS, if anyone has any experience with issues such as this, they can share.

Unfortunately, if you cannot reproduce and it's not consistent, it would be very difficult to diagnose.

They are welcome to test the version in SCORM Cloud to see if it's reproducible though as that may help determine if the issue is with the LMS or with the course itself.
