I'm trying to customize a presentation with a little color. Once I've selected "Player Templates" in Presenter, no color schemes will appear. I've already checked my Presenter Program file (C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\color schemes) to see if they are installed and they are. Has anyone experienced this? How did you handle this?
The location of player templates would not be the same for an admin on a computer and a user with limited rights. See this article for more information:

Hi Idia and welcome to Heroes,
It sounds like you need to reinstall the Articulate software as an admin. To do this, see the method below:
1. Download the EXE from the link below after filling in the information:
http://www.articulate.com/downloads/freetrial-step1.aspx
2. After saving the file to your Desktop, right click it & choose Run As > Administrator
3. When the installation is complete, the color schemes should now show up
If you continue to have problems, please let me know.
Uninstalled Articulate and reinstalled. Player templates are still not working. They show in the admin's version of Articulate but not mine.
