LMS keeps showing incomplete status for a few users after they have completed the course. I am using Studio 13 currently. Please let me know how to solve/ troubleshoot on this.
Hi, Tze -- Thank you for your question! May I ask if you are finding the same behavior if you test your course in the SCORM Cloud, as well? Here also is a great article with tips on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud. Please let us know!
Is it possible that a spotty internet connection would hinder my course from properly reporting? We mark completion based on number of slides viewed. I usually give it a little bit of wiggle room by only requiring X-3 of X slides, but we still have the problem of completed courses not marking complete. How is that information communicated to the LMS? A lot of our locations have less-than-great internet.
Hi there James! I have not heard of an issue with a low-quality internet connection and LMS reporting. You might find this article on Troubleshooting LMS issues to be helpful. As Christine mentioned above, I would also consider testing the course in SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for LMS testing. You can review the directions here to help you go through that testing.

Hello James, I use SilkRoad and we have a setting in the LMS. Maybe there is a setting in the LMS you are using.
