Completed courses do not mark as complete on LMS

Hello team,

A user completed two scorm courses but they still appear as incomplete / in progress on lms .

I logged in as her using IE9, the exit button doesn't work. I logged in using Firefox, the 'exit now' button exits and works but the course is still not marked as completed.


Any help i can get will be appreciated.

Hi Maurine, 

Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

I logged in again using firefox and was able to complete the courses which i find wierd though the problem has been resolved.I checked with the lms provider and they are still trying to find a lasting solution to the problem.I will keep you all posted.

Dwayne,I didnt create the course but the criteria was set to a passed/incomplete.If that was an issue other users would not have been able to complete the course.
