Completion Status

Please help - we are at our wits end. I published a course using these settings - Scorm 1.2, complete/incomplete and track by a quiz. When testing if you leave the course after the first slide or any subsequent slide you get a unit complete but the status for the overall presentation is incomplete. We have tried using the blog about 9 steps for resolving LMS problems and have sent a business case to Articulate support. The LMS provider has said the complete status comes from the presentation. Articulate support has said there is nothing wrong with the presentation it is an LMS problem Please help!!!!! We know the support people are busy and I am hoping we can get an answer sooner rather than later. This is the first articulate project and it has just received approval. Currently our company has only approved Captivate for general use. We have two stand alone computers with Articulate 09 and I was hoping the success of this presentation would enable us to get the approval for all computers in the company to have Articulate.

I have a very similar problem using Articulate Presenter. I am using Saba 5.5 LMS. I have a course package with two modules. I published both modules exactly the same: pass/incomplete; mark complete when viewed all slides (1st module is 47 of 47; 2nd is 11 of 11). The 1st module marked "passed" in Saba, however, the 2nd module is marking "incomplete". I really want the 2nd module to be set for complete/ncomplete, but when that didn't mark complete, I republished at pass/incomplete because it worked for the 1st module but it still didn't work for this module.
Both modules have quizzes within the module. 1st module has 4 - 2 question quizzes; all true/false; 0 score. The 2nd module has a final quiz with 16 questions worth 10 points each that is required to pass with 80%, however, I don't want to make this the requirement for marking the module complete. There is information on slides after the final quiz that is important that they view before they finish so I set it at that slide to mark complete.
Any ideas what could be causing the difference in these modules? Thanks!
