Computer getting upgraded
Mar 15, 2012
They are about to install Windows 7 on my computer. They way they do it is to completely wipe the hard drive and "re-image" the machine. So I need to know if the steps I am proposing are correct:
When I go to drop my computer off, I will sit with the tech (who has admin authority on my computer) and, with the computer connected to the network, use the Windows Control Panel to uninstall all of the Articulate products. All of my files working files and documents have already been backed up to a server from which they will be restored after the re-imaging.
When I go to pick up the computer I will need to have the tech once again log into my machine and then re-install Articulate using the original license data with which I installed it in the first place.
Will this work?

Hey Lawrence!
Yep, you should be all set following those steps. Just be sure you have your original serial numbers handy. If you need help with anything, feel free to contact our support team.
