Consistent size of text in Notes Tab.

I have spent more than 3 full days trying to get all the Text in the Notes Tab the same size to no avail. I've taken all the tutorial, copied all the text into a separate Word Doc for storage with slide reference numbers.

Deleted all the text in the notes section of the original 145 slide project, hit save and closed out of PowerPoint.

Re-open the project in PowerPoint and then opened Word with archived notes, copied and pasted accordingly to the notes section of the side, hit save and tried to PREVIEW with Articualte, 80% of the slides with in the Players Notes Tab area are fine but 20% are not. There must be an easier or more global way of doing this. Very frustrated and need help.
