I have a strange case. One of our users (by others it looks ok) has reported us that when he launches the content on our LMS in a new window he sees only the central part (no menu on the left, buttons at the bottom etc.) There is only a fragment of a central part and the rest of the window is gray.

It sounds like the end-user has the "zoom" of their browser set to a low setting. Can you have them verify that their zoom is set to 100%?
I thought about it but on the printscreen he sent me averything looks normal (100%)
Hi Bartlogmiej,
Have them click on the Tools icon in IE9 and change the zoom to 100%. That should resolve the issue.
