Content on LMS not loading completely

Hi,

We are using PeopleSoft LMS 9.1 . We recently had an issue where the content loaded to content server was displaying just 2 out of 10 slides. However on reloading the content it worked fine. We use winscp76 tool to upload content which is based on FTP protocol. We did think it could be the issue not uploading using  binary but not sure about that. Any suggestions ? Also it possible to check if a content was uploaded using binary or ascii ?

Hi, welcome to Heroes!

To avoid issues in the future, you can use the FTP upload feature of Articulate Presenter, or set your FTP application to upload files as binary. Uploading the XML files in ASCII or Auto mode may cause corruption. It is also important to maintain the directory structure of your published content. If you experience similar issues with content loaded in an LMS, the issue may be related to the specific version of Java Runtime Environment you have installed.
