Content table overlap when publishing SCORM 1.2

Sep 02, 2015

Hello,

I published a presentation to Web and also to the LMS. After publishing, the LMS version had overlapping content. The overlapping content does not appear in preview mode or when published to the Web. As a work-around I took a screenshot and re-published to LMS and it is correct. Please advise as to why this is happening, screen shot attached.

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your reply.
When I re-published the second time it displayed as expected.
I am working on my desktop, not a shared/network drive.
I am not having difficulty uploading to the LMS.
I am unable to share a copy of the file with the error (deleted it) and it was not through Storyline, I do not have any .story files.

FYI - Someone pointed out to me that at times when a SmartArt image is used, there are similar problems. The image with the issue was a table.
I did not insert the table (I inherited the ppt deck).

Thanks,
Mollie

Hi Mollie,
So republishing the second time and uploading to the LMS allowed it to display as expected? Can you confirm you're working on and publishing to a local drive as detailed here.If you're still having difficulty uploading in your LMS are you able to share a copy of the .story file here with us?

Hi Mollie,

First off, replying via email includes your signature here and it looks like the most recent reply included that and a copy of the email.

I must have had Storyline on the brain - sorry for that, but if you're using Presenter and no longer have the original Presenter package I guess I can't take a look at that either. I'm glad to hear republishing it allowed it to work as expected though - so thanks for that update.
