Contextual help samples?

Has anyone used Articulate to create contextual help for software? Got samples?

In an attempt to build inter-department support for Articulate to help justify purchasing Storyline, I'd like to propose using Articulate for contextual help on an adjacent software development project. Of course, let's stipulate that RoboHelp is probably the best tool for contextual help, and grant that using Articulate for help is like using a jet to go across town. But since that software team haven't acquired RoboHelp yet, could Articulate fill that need? Advantages/disadvantages?
