Course flashes large text just before entering a Quizmaker quiz.

We have a situation where towards the end of a course (on a summary slide) just before we enter the quiz the summary slide flashes for half a second showing a large version of the slide.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated??

Really appreciate that you included a screen recording! That flash just before the last slide is certainly curious. 🤔

Can you tell me more about this file?

  • Are you using Presenter '13 or Presenter 360?
  • Does this happen when previewing in Presenter, or only after the content is published?
  • If you published the content, is it hosted on a LMS or web server?

Thanks for the additional details, Kevin. In that case, we'll want to take a look at your file to find out what's causing this trouble. 

Go to the File tab on the PowerPoint ribbon, click Share, and choose Articulate Package. Then, send us the Articulate Package by clicking this link. That will start a case with our Support Engineers--we'll take it from there!
