I have loaded the contents of a publsihed file to an intranet sharepoint site. Some of the users are having difficulty playing the course. When they click on the player.html file, it sits with a blank slide.... they have IE9 loaded. This is happening for some users but not all.
Do the users that get the blank screen have any browser error messages as indicated by the small yellow yield sign in the status bar of the IE window? Pop-up blockers might be another reason.
Make sure they launch the 32 bit version of IE. Flash content is not supported in the 64 bit version of IE. So Start -> All Programs -> Internet Explorer, not Internet Explorer (64-bit).
Did you upload a zipped version of the course or a folder that contains the published output? Can you reproduce the issue? Could you get them to take a screencast of what's happening?

Are you sure it's not a flash security issue. Ask them to right-click in the player and select Global Settings. They will need to "Allow" the content via this page http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
