I just published my first Articulate course The course doesn't have a quiz but does have several Engage interactions. I uploaded the files to SumTotal 7.6 but when I launch the course it doesn't progress past the preloader.
Since I've been using Presenter for less than a week, I am not sure where to even start. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
If you are experiencing issues with content in your LMS, please refer to the following Word of Mouth blog entry, which outlines common issues pertaining to viewing and tracking content in an LMS:
This happened here last week. It looked like some of the files were not getting into the zip folder before the upload. I re-zipped the files (opened the published folder location using "open folder", select all, then zip) using winzip and then uploaded. All was fixed after that. Make sure to remove the non-working learning activity in the LMS to avoid confusion as well before you upload the new course.
Dwayne, I had just finished doing something similar. I had added our logo to the lower left corner and put the file in the player folder after it was zipped. I republished it and added the file via Open Folder before I zipped it and it works fine now.

If you continue to have problems in Studio '09, be sure to package the files properly for your LMS by using the method in the link below:

Does this work if published to "Web" and run locally?
Thanks, Brian, I will read these and see if I can figure it out.
Dwayne, I just published it to "web" and yes, it runs.
