After loading my course to my server and then pulling it up via IE8, I cannot view the course. I can view it from my local with IE8 but not from the web. Attached it a screen grab of what I get when I open it or anyone else opening it. I am not able to send work samples to clients for viewing due to this since they have the same issue.
This is a common problem when moving your files. Remember to take all files in your directory and not just the PPT. You'll need to copy the files, into their new directory, reopen them in the new locations (including all interactions - these are generally the links that get lost) and then republish. Its happened to a few of our customers in the past.
Let me know if you have any dramas and we're happy to setup a webinar to assist.
That is exactly what was wrong. I have seen binary issues with PDFs but never with Articulate files until now. Thanks so much for the reply.....client is happy that they can view the course!

Hi Stacy!
Maybe this article can help:

This article suggests that you set your FTP application to upload files as binary.
Sorry, I misspelled your name Stacey.
