Course will not publish to scorm 1.2

Hello:

The course has been published to Cd with no issues, now that I'm trying to publish it to scorm 1.2 it will not publish...I keep receiving an error message stating articulate has stopped working. I've attached a picture of the error message.

I've tried restarting my computer, any other tips as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Maria -- Thanks so much for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! In addition to restarting your machine, may I ask if you have tried running through the troubleshooting steps listed here to see if you find improvement? And is the issue isolated to this course in particular or are you finding the same with other courses during publish?

Hi Christie:

Thank you for the response. This is actually my first time using the
software at this particular organization, it was installed about two weeks
ago.

I was able to publish to cd, but not scorm or aicc (we use scorm but I
thought I'd try aicc just to see). I had IT run the repair as listed in
what you sent me however when I got back to my desk it still would not
work.

Is it possible that there is something configured on my pc that is not
allowing me to publish for an LMS?

The course has 52 slides, includes several engages as well as several
quizzes. Any additional advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Maria -- I appreciate your reply, and I'm sorry to hear that the repair steps did not do the trick for you. Since I am not sure how your PC is configured, I would like to share this System Requirements sheet so you can verify with your IT team that everything is set according to the recommended specifications. And if you continue to have difficulties, you will likely need to connect with our Support team via this form so they are able to pull systems logs and such in order to provide additional technical insights.

Thank you so much for all of your help, I really appreciate it. I actually had someone else try to publish this morning and she had the exact same issue as I did.

It seems to get stuck in the optimizing images phase, does that mean I have a bad image or an image not loaded properly?

I'm going to go through my configurations in the meantime while awaiting response, I truly appreciate your attention in this matter.

Hi, Maria -- Thanks for touching base, and actually, I looked in on your case #00866153 and it appears that our Engineer, Gren, replied via email to the "@joann.com" email address that we have on file for you in our system about an hour ago at 12:35 PM EST. Please let me know if that is not the most current email address for you, and if you could please check your SPAM folder as well, it may have been routed there in error.
