I created a course. It plays great on my computer, but when I zip it to a customer, it will not play on their computer after then download the zip. They are copying the folder away from .zip. They only get a white screen and loading spinning indicator.
That typically happens if they did not properly extract the zip file. Many people double click the zip to try and play the file - that just does not work. They will need to right click the zipped package and choose extract all.
Then the course should play. Hopefully that is the problem.
