Hi...this has never happened to me before...I cannot publish my course...I get an error message that says unknown error...nothing has changed in terms of password and site...could this be a problem on your end?

Hi Michele,
Are you trying to upload to Articulate Online when you see this message?
If so, is there any chance the file too large? First, try to make sure that it doesn't exceed 500MB.
If it doesn't, please take a look at the following support article:
