Course won't publish...

Starting about two weeks ago, I began having trouble publishing Articulate courses. A box comes up asking me to send an error report either immediately or at the end of the process, i.e. after all interactions, quizzes and slides had been processed.
As of now, I can't publish at all. I have checked for updates and the screen says there are no updates available. I then re-installed anyway. No success....I can't publish.
Ideas please?

I'm deleting several earlier posts from this weekend, but basically, I uninstalled and reinstalled Studio '13 but that didn't help. Then it finally occurred to me to attempt to publish a different file....and it worked. So I opened a new file and imported the slides and it will publish. I'll have some work to do on details, but I'm up and running. Thanks, all, for listening to my ramblings!
