Courses not publishing properly.

I have a new laptop with Windows 10 x64 Home Edition and my courses are not publishing properly.
I am using the latest update for Presenter '13 and Windows. I am running Microsoft Office 2010.
When I attempt to publish content, I get this odd popup box and then Articulate gives an error with the option to send the error report, and then the course fails to publish. This happens with a variety of content, but does not happen 100% of the time, and I want to say that it isn't even 100% of the time with the same course.
I am publishing to an LMS with Scorm and tracking by # slides, if that matters.
I am really at a loss here. Hoping someone has some ideas.

Sorry this is happening! I would recommend running this repair on your software to fix this erratic behavior.
If you're still seeing this happen after running that repair, reaching out to our Support Engineers by way of this form will be your best bet. I have already completely uninstalled the software and reinstalled - I've even tried various updates. Would that be about the same as running the repair option?

Many times running the repair I linked above will resolve software issues that a simple uninstall/reinstall will not repair. Let me know how it goes!
I followed the steps listed in your links and this did not resolve my issues. I am still unable to publish courses.
