Crash on import of video and audio
Sep 17, 2014
Long time user of Presenter '09 and '13.
Just moved Articulate to a brand new computer, and now Presenter crashes whenever I try to insert video or audio, which leaves PowerPoint frozen. And I'm not really seeing evidence of other folks having this issue.
Anybody have any suggestions?
I have reinstalled Presenter (Update 4:1409.422) and run Repair on Office 2013 32-bit.
Running Windows 7 Enterprise SP 1 64-bit
Here's what Windows says when it crashes:

Hi Craig!
I believe you're still hitting an installation issue. Canyou try the following to resolve the issue?
Install VSTO
Install at least .NET Framework 4.0
After installing the above, please restart your machine.
If this does not help, I would advise reaching out to support here.
