Create a 2 second delay?

I work in Articulate about once per year, so I can never remember how I was able to do things before.
I’m working on a project now that has bullets that animate onto the page. The client doesn’t want the user to be able to advance to the next slide until at least the bullets load. They don’t want them to just be able to click next repeatedly to get through the whole presentation in a minute.
I seem to remember you could set like a 2 second delay so that it would lock the screen for a couple of minutes, but after that the user could advance. I don’t want to lock or restrict their navigation. I just want a 2 second delay. Does anyone know how I set this up?

Hi Leslie
I think what you are trying to do is in this tutorial
I don't use the controls in my courses so what you could also do is create a hyperlinked shape to your next slide and then have that shape "appear" when you want the user to advance (using animations)
