Dave Moxon had an entry in his blog about how to build a menu for stringing together multiple presentations. I've used it before and it's referenced in several posts. The link seems to be dead now. Does anyone have information for how to do it or know how to get in touch with Dave. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didnt realise Dave's site is gone. I only used a acouple of weeks ago. Luckily google caches most sites I think this is what you are after

I knew that I would be revisiting Dave Moxon's process again, so I made PDFs (and actually was able to find them!) I'll attach them here.
