Creating a zip file

Please can anyone advise me on how to overcome a problem I am having creating a .zip file?
My question is:
I have tried to publish an Articulate presentation to Flash for LMS delivery. The software says that I have successfully published the presentation. When asked 'What would you like to do now?' I have clicked on 'Save as a .zip file' but the software will not save the file as a .zip file.
I have successfully launched two presentations and saved them as zip files before this without any problems.
Why can't I save my third presentation as a zip file and what do I need to do to successfully fully launch my third module?
Any help and advice you can give me would be much appreciated?
Thanks

Hi John! When you create a zip file of your published output, the full directory path of the publish location needs to be less than 256 characters in length, including the name of the zip file itself. So, one thing you could try would be to publish your course to a different folder with a very short path.
Dear Jeanette
Thank you for your advice - you can add me to your list of satisfied Articulate users.
I have successfully created the .zip file based on your advice.
Thanks

Glad to hear it, John! Thanks for letting us know.
Hi there!
I am having the same problem with .zipping up a course.
It won't do it for me. I am new to Articulate. We have moved the PPT and PPTX files to my local drive and I am trying to do this locally, I am getting the message that the presentation is saved on a non local drive. It isn't - it is in My documents - but was copied over from a non local drive. Not sure why we can't .zip - help!!!
Hi Leona,
Would you mind submitting a support case so that the support team can help you out? You can do that here:

Thanks Jeanette! I was having the same problem, and was able to get it to work after saving to a different folder. Thanks again!
