Creating customized tabs in Studio '13

Hello all,

I am using Studio '13 to create an eLearning module.  I want to add a couple of tabs in addition to the tabs that come packaged in the Presenter Player. 

I have seen tutorials and conversations on here on how to do this using Storyline 13.  I have searched and not seen instructions for creating customized tabs in Presenter 13.  I have tried to replicate the instructions given in Storyline in my Studio '13 module and of course, I cannot do it.  Namely, there is no "Add" button under "Feature" in "Player".

Please let me know how to, or if I can, add customized tabs in Presenter '13.
